Mr. Dalton has extensive experience in litigating Admiralty, construction and products liability cases. He has tried numerous cases to verdict, as well as conducted over fifteen American Arbitration Association arbitrations. Mr. Dalton was defense counsel in Mateo v. M/S Kiso, 805 Fed. Supp. 761 (N.D. Cal. 1991), a watershed opinion on maritime jurisdiction.
