After graduating from law school number one in her class, Ms. Rogers joined Bronson, Bronson & McKinnon, where she became a partner in 1997. Ms. Rogers specialized in the defense of products liability and personal injury matters for a variety of corporate clients, trying, or assisting in trying, several potentially large exposure cases to verdict. She was subsequently employed by Litton Industries, where she personally handled products liability with an emphasis on asbestos litigation, personal injury and employment discrimination cases, as well as overseeing outside counsel throughout the country on the same types of matters. Ms. Rogers has been of counsel to the Firm since its founding in 2002.
